Sina booked the VIP HEALTH COACHING for 6 months. Her wish was to lose 10 kilos sustainably, to gain more knowledge about training and nutrition, to improve her training technique and to no longer suffer from a yo-yo effect.

At the beginning of the coaching, we focused on muscle building, a balanced diet, an optimal everyday routine and correct training. Then we started with a targeted calorie reduction with great success.

Sina has reached her personal dream shape in a very short time, lost 10 kilos and feels more vital than ever. This with knowledge, courage, discipline, a balanced diet and efficient training.
