"I've been attending Samantha's training regularly for a year. Up to this point, my workout consisted of regular jogging laps.

 

My goal was to run a marathon. After a half marathon, however, I had severe pain in my knees and shins. That's why I decided to do it Expanding my training and enlisting the help of a professional fitness coach, I definitely ended up in the right hands with Samantha. 

Her coaching skills range from Pilates to TRX, Functional, HIIT to stomach, legs, buttocks. Her cheerful and lovingly demanding nature means that her lessons are always booked up to the last seat. With a skilful selection of music and a varied program, it never gets boring.

 

With Samantha I learned that there is so much more to my body than I ever imagined. I never thought that I would ever be able to do certain exercises that I knew from hearsay. Samantha is extremely competent, recognizes any incorrect posture immediately and can also give very individual tips.

 

Over the past year I have made slow but sustained progress and now know better how to protect and support my musculoskeletal system.

"My goal was to optimize my posture, reduce tension in the neck and shoulder area and strengthen my core. I was looking for a personal coach and successfully found the perfect coach for me. I've been training for about 3 months now regularly with Samantha and also attend her Pilates classes.

 

She responds to my individual needs with every training session and has incredibly helpful tips and tricks. She created a personally tailored training plan for me, which challenges me but is also extremely fun. In addition to the personal training, we talked in detail about fitness and nutrition for 5 hours of nutritional advice in order to achieve faster success. Incredibly valuable knowledge that I was able to implement directly and easily.  

 

Samantha motivates me to work even harder and sweat every day, with absolute success. What is special about her type is that she is incredibly trusting, very precise and has an incredible knowledge of fitness, nutrition and motivation.
