In my HEALTH COACHING I impart valuable knowledge on the topics of training, nutrition and a positive mindset. Essential knowledge with which my customers can achieve their individual goals sustainably, enjoy a healthy and balanced lifestyle in the long term and feel happier and more self-confident overall.​

The combination of correct, varied training, a healthy and balanced diet and improving mental strength form the sustainable basis for excellent results.
Let me also show you that with knowledge, courage, discipline and also fun, it is definitely possible to be FIT, VITAL and in SHAPE in the long term.


MY CAREER
Sport and healthy nutrition have been the most important parts of my life since I was little. Various sports accompanied me day after day, enriched my life and formed me into what I am today.
I started my fitness journey at the age of 16 and ignited my love for strength training and group fitness. I spent every free minute with training and the topic of nutrition. With my knowledge, I continuously formed my dream body, took my fitness to the next level and still live this life with full passion and discipline.
Because of my love for sports and nutrition, as well as my thirst for knowledge, I started my education in the field of health, fitness and nutrition at the age of 18. At the same time, I successfully completed my diploma in health and social work and completed my backpack with knowledge about the human body and psyche. Since then I have been working passionately in consulting as a coach and mentor.
COACHING
As a HEALTH COACH, I support my customers 1:1 in achieving their personal goals and help them achieve a healthier lifestyle.

As a GROUP FITNESS COACH, I have been passionately teaching up to 20 group courses per week in the most renowned fitness studios in the Basel for over 12 years.

As a certified PRE- & POSTNATAL TRAINER and PELVIC FLOOR COURSE INSTRUCTOR, I support women in training during pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
I also work as a HEAD COACH for exclusive fitness holidays and, upon request, as an ATHLETIC TRAINER for companies and clubs. ​​​

As a former bikini athlete, I'll show you what it means to be disciplined, train correctly, eat right, motivate yourself, go through ups and downs, shape your body the way you want, achieve goals successfully and, most importantly, never to give up!
